When is rent due?
All of the rents are due on the first of the month. If not paid by the 5th, we send a 5-day notice and continue with eviction unless the rent is paid. -
Do we receive commissions?
All H & H employees are salaried and do not receive commissions on leases. -
Do we profit from repairs?
H & H does not profit from the repairs, etc. -
Do we mail out monthly reports?
Yes, our detailed monthly reports are sent out every month. -
Do we cover credit reports?
We pay for the advertising and the credit reports. -
What areas do we manage?
The greater Phoenix Metropolitan area. Call for details. -
Am I required to make my property available to Section 8?
We are required to accept Section 8 applicants, as long as they meet the rest of our application requirements. -
Are you licensed?
Yes! All employees of H & H Management, Inc are licensed by the department of Real Estate. We have 3 brokers and 2 agents and are active in the sale of Real Estate as well as Property Management. -
Can you put the money directly into my account?
Yes, we can direct deposit draw checks into any bank account you choose. -
Do I get to see the lease or sign it?
You may have a copy of the fully executed lease that is signed by us on request. -
Do you sell real estate too?
Yes! We have 3 brokers and 2 agents and are active in the sale of Real Estate and are more than willing to assist you with the sale of your property. -
How and when do I get my checks?
We submit draw checks to our investors between the 8th-10th of each month by direct deposit or we can mail checks if you prefer. -
How is rent collection handled?
Tenants can pay rent online through our portal, bring it into the office, or mail it. -
How long of a lease do you sign?
We sign a 12 month lease. After that, owners have the option to offer another year lease or a month to month status. -
How soon can you start managing my property?
Immediately! We work quickly to get your properties set up or help move the properties from one management company to ours. -
What type of properties do you manage?
We manage residential properties in the greater Metropolitan area of Phoenix, AZ.
